Fee Disputes

The Colorado Bar Association’s Legal Fee Arbitration Committee provides a service to help lawyers and clients resolve fee disputes.

If you believe a lawyer has violated the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct, you may file a complaint against them with the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel. If you believe you have lost money or property due to the dishonest conduct of your attorney, the Attorneys’ Fund for Client Protection may be able to help.
