Attorney Regulation Counsel assists the Colorado Supreme Court in regulating the practice of law in Colorado through various programs, including attorney admissions, attorney registration, mandatory continuing legal and judicial education, attorney diversion and discipline, unauthorized practice of law, and inventory counsel programs.   This website is designed to provide useful information on these programs for all members of the public, including potential and current clients of a lawyer (see “For the Public” link above); for applicants to practice law in Colorado (“Future Lawyers”) and those who already are authorized to practice law in Colorado (“Current Lawyers”). Colorado Supreme Court
The Colorado Supreme Court is the state's highest court.  The Court has exclusive jurisdiction over the practice of law in Colorado.

Presiding Disciplinary Judge
The Presiding Disciplinary Judge presides over cases involving attorney discipline, attorney disability, unauthorized practice of law, and certain bar admissions.

Colorado Commission on Judicial Discipline
The Colorado Commission on Judicial Discipline consider complaints alleging misconduct by judges. Complaints about magistrates and municipal court judges are filed with the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel.
